By the age of 24, Marc had been involved in two start-ups, won the Ernst & Young prize for ‘Student of the Year’ and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.
It didn’t take long for Marc to defect from number crunching and join PepsiCo Restaurants International. After 12 months at head office, acting as part of the team that transformed the UK business, Marc went on to lead the most successful region in the country.
Then, in 1998, he joined Elke Anderson in the adventure that would become Blue Sky.
Blue Sky grew from a big idea to a market-leading business running performance improvement programmes in major organisations across the UK, winning 30 awards along the way and delivering on average 300% ROI.
Fifteen years of hard graft paid off when Capita offered to buy Blue Sky for an eight-figure sum. Since leaving Capita in 2015, Marc has been working directly with clients on their growth journey with an ambition to realise their equity value and achieve the mix of meaningful work and financial freedom that he enjoys.
