It has been designed specifically for owners of consulting businesses by someone who has not only successfully built and sold an eight-figure consulting business, but has decades of experience in designing and delivering award-winning transformation programmes.
Over 12 months, a combination of training and mentoring will enable you to optimise every aspect of your business, from your client growth strategy to your consulting methodology, from building a sales and marketing engine to delivering more profit to the bottom line.
